摘　　要：目的探讨CPM机康复护理对胫骨平台骨折患者术后膝关节功能的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月我院收治的胫骨平台骨折患者60例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法等分为对照组和研究组,对照组实施常规术后护理,研究组在对照组基础上采用CPM机康复护理,持续6个月。比较两组患者术后疼痛程度、肌力水平、膝关节功能及日常生活能力。结果研究组护理3,6个月后疼痛评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组术后肌力水平优良率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理3,6个月后Lysholm膝关节评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理3,6个月后日常生活能力评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论CPM机康复护理能够缓解胫骨平台骨折患者术后疼痛,改善肌力水平,增强膝关节功能,提高日常生活能力。Objective To explore the effect of CPM machine rehabilitation nursing for knee joint function in patients with tibial plateau fracture.Methods To select 60 cases of patients with tibial plateau fractures admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 as the study objects,and they were divided into a control group and a study group by using a random number table method.The control group was given routine postoperative nursing,and the study group was given CPM machine rehabilitation nursing on the basis of the group for 6 months.The postoperative pain,muscle strength,knee function and daily living ability were compared between the two groups.Results The pain scores in the study group after 3,6 months of nursing were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative excellent rate of muscle strength level in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The Lysholm knee joint score in the study group after 3,6 months of nursing were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The score of daily living ability in the study group after 3,6 months of nursing were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of CPM machine rehabilitation nursing can relieve postoperative pain in patients with tibial plateau fractures,improve muscle strength and enhance knee function,and improve the ability of daily living.
