脐部规律轮换注射低分子肝素钠对皮下出血的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨脐部规律轮换注射低分子肝素钠对皮下出血的影响。方法选择2018年8-11月入住我科接受注射低分子肝素钠治疗的186例患者,将其随机等分为对照组和观察组。对照组随机选择脐部注射部位,观察组采用假想线规律轮换脐部注射部位,比较两组患者皮下出血发生率。结果观察组淤斑、血肿发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),皮下出血程度低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用假想线规律轮换脐部注射低分子肝素钠可降低瘀斑、血肿发生率,减轻出血程度,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of umbilical regular rotation injection of low molecular weight heparin sodium on subcutaneous hemorrhage.Methods To select 186 patients admitted to our department for treatment with low-molecular-weight heparin sodium from August to November 2018,and they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group randomly selected the umbilical injection site,and the observation group used imaginary lines to regularly rotate the umbilical injection site to compare the incidence of subcutaneous bleeding between the two groups.Results The incidence of ecchymosis and hematoma in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The degree of subcutaneous bleeding in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of regularly rotating the umbilical injection site for the injection of low-molecular-weight heparin sodium by using imaginary lines,which can reduce the incidence rate of ecchymosis and hematoma,and reduce the degree of bleeding,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
