摘 要:目的探讨多元化健康教育对女性精神分裂症患者改良电休克(MECT)治疗认知功能的影响。方法选取我院2017年5月至2019年5月采用MECT治疗的100例女性精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,随机等分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予常规健康宣教,观察组给予多元化健康教育,比较两组护理前后威斯康星卡片分类测验评分(WCST)。结果观察组随机错误数及持续错误数评分均明显低于对照组,正确数、分类数及概念化水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论多元化健康教育可以改善女性精神分裂症MECT治疗认知功能,效果显著。Objective To explore the effect of diversified health education for modified electroconvulsive therapy(MECT)cognitive function of female patients with schizophrenia.Methods To select 100 cases of female patients with schizophrenia who were treated with MECT in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2019 as the study objects,and they were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group.The control group was given routine health education,and the observation group was given diversified health education to compare the Wsiconsin card sorting test(WCST)scores of the two groups before and after nursing.Results The scores of random errors and continuous errors in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the correct number,classification number and conceptual level were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of diversified health education can improve the cognitive function of MECT treatment in female patients with schizophrenia,with significant effect.
