江坪河水电站工程项目业主质量管理浅析

摘　　要：江坪河水电站工程为一等大(1)型工程,属高坝、大库、小装机,但工程建设历程复杂。前期业主社会责任感缺失、质量意识淡薄,导致前期实体工程质量不佳,后因资金问题工程停工近4年。湖北能源集团接手后,采取一系列有力措施,妥善处理了前期工程质量缺陷,并在后续工程建设中完成质量目标。The Jiangpinghe Hydropower Station is a Class I Large( 1) project with some characters of high dam, large reservoir and small installed capacity. The construction process of this project is very complicated. Because of the lack of social responsibility and the weak quality awareness of former owner, the construction quality of project in the early stage is poor. Due to the shortage of funding, the project is also suspended for nearly 4 years. After Hubei Energy Group taken over the project, a series of effective measures are adopted to deal with the quality defects of early-stage construction properly and achieve the quality goals in subsequent project construction.
