摘 要:目的通过显微定量法对林下山参和园参进行鉴别研究。方法以人参中的显微特征物(草酸钙簇晶和树脂道碎片)的数量为指标,对不同批次的林下山参和园参进行显微定量及鉴别研究。结果林下山参中所含草酸钙簇晶的数量范围是为172~383个/mg,平均数量是273个/mg,园参中的数量范围是33~144个/mg,平均数量是79个/mg,二者差异显著;林下山参中所含树脂道碎片的数量范围是61~205个/mg,平均数量是112个/mg,园参中的数量范围是68~164个/mg,平均数量是114个/mg,二者无明显差异。结论林下山参和园参中含有的草酸钙簇晶和树脂道碎片可作为特征物进行显微定量研究,其中草酸钙簇晶的数量可以用于鉴别林下山参和园参。Objective To distinguish Mountain Cultivated Ginseng(MCG)and Cultivated Ginseng(CG)by microscopic quantitative identification method.Methods Using the number of microscopic features(cluster crystals and resin ducts)in ginseng as indicators,micro-quantification and identification of different batches of MCG and CG were performed.Results The amount of cluster crystals contained in the MCG is 172 to 383/mg,and the average number is 273/mg.The amount of CG is 33 to 144/mg,and the average number is 79/mg,the difference is significant between MCG and CG.The number of resin ducts contained in MCG ranges from 61 to 205/mg,the average number is 112/mg,and the amount in CG ranges from 68 to 164/mg,the average number is 114/mg,and there was no significant difference between the MCG and CG.Conclusion The amount of cluster crystals and resin ducts of MCG and CG can be used as the characteristics of microscopic quantitative study,and the number of cluster crystals can be used to identify MCG and CG.
