摘  要:目的建立宝铎草Disporum sessile(Thunb.)D.Don性状及显微鉴定研究方法。方法采用基源鉴定、显微鉴定、气孔指数测定等方法对宝铎草原植物、入药部位根及根状茎进行形态、性状、显微特征的研究。结果宝铎草原植物、根及根状茎的形态、性状和显微组织构造等特征明显;通过显微观察叶片上、下表皮可知,上、下表皮垂周壁均呈波状弯曲,其中上表皮无气孔,下表皮具有不定式气孔,平均气孔指数为18.22。宝铎草根所含的淀粉粒平均长度为14.02μm,平均直径为7.88μm;而根状茎所含的淀粉粒平均长度为9.98μm,平均直径为6.77μm。根与根状茎淀粉粒直径比较,P<0.05,有显著性差异,根与根状茎淀粉粒长度比较,P<0.001,有极显著性差异。宝铎草根、根状茎粉末在365 nm紫外灯下分别呈现明显亮淡蓝色荧光、淡蓝色荧光。结论宝铎草原植物形态、入药部位根及根状茎性状特征、显微特征、气孔指数、荧光反应均具有鉴别意义,可为宝铎草药材品种鉴定及质量标准的制定奠定科学依据。Objective To establish a method for the study of the traits and microscopic identification of Disporum sessile(Thunb.)D.Don.Methods The whole plant,root and rhizome characters and microscopic features of Disporum sessile(Thunb.)D.Don.were studied by pharmacognosy method.Results The morphological,trait and microstructure characteristics of the roots and rhizomes of Disporum sessile(Thunb.)D.Don.were obvious.By observing the upper and lower epidermis of the leaves,the vertical walls of the upper and lower epidermis showed wavy curves,of which the upper epidermis had no air holes and the lower epidermis had.The average stomatal index was 18.22.The starch contained in the root had an average length of 14.02μm and an average diameter of 7.88μm.The average length of the starch granules contained in the root was 9.98μm and the average diameter was 6.77μm.Compared with the diameter of root starch granules,P<0.05,indicating that there is a significant difference between root starch granules diameter and root;starch granules diameter compared with the root,P<0.001,indicating that there is a very significant difference.The roots showed obvious bright blue fluorescence under the 365 nm UV lamp.The rhizome showed light blue fluorescence under 365 nm UV lamp.Conclusion The morphological,trait and microscopic features of Po-duo grasslands are of differential significance,which can lay a scientific foundation for the identification of Disporum sessile(Thunb.)D.Don.varieties and the establishment of quality standards.
