摘　　要：《中华人民共和国密码法》是我国密码领域的综合性、基础性法律,是党的密码工作90年宝贵经验的提炼总结和制度创新,对全面贯彻落实习近平总书记关于密码工作的系列重要指示精神、理顺国家安全领域相关法律法规关系、完善国家安全法律制度体系具有重大意义。As pointed out by Xu Hanliang, deputy administrator of the State Cryptography Administration, commercial code, an important integral part of the cryptography work, plays an irreplaceable significant role in maintaining the state security, boosting economic and social development, and protecting the interests of the people. Along with the promulgation and implementation of the cryptography law, the development of commercial code will herald the precious strategic opportunity period and the spanning development period.
