摘 要:基于智能配电网的快速发展,提出了一种面向实时风险预防的主动重构策略。首先,搭建配电网的运行风险评估体系,基于配电网信息物理平台实时采集风险源信息,从配电网设备运行可靠性与其故障后果双重维度评估系统在当前运行方式下的系统风险值;在此基础上,提出面向风险预防的网络主动性重构策略与实现方案,当系统风险值超出安全警戒线时,以最小风险值与最少开关操作次数为多目标对配电网实施网络重构,使配电网及时恢复安全可靠的运行状态;最后,以IEEE 33节点配电系统为例证明了所提风险状态下的配电网主动重构策略的可行性和有效性。This paper proposes an active reconfiguration strategy of distribution network for risk prevention and control based on the rapid development of intelligent distribution network.Firstly,it constructs a real-time risk assessment model of distribution network and evaluates the system risk value under the current operation mode of distribution network from the dual dimensions of reliability of equipment operation and consequences of failure based on the risk source information collected by the information physical platform.On this basis,it proposes a risk prevention-oriented network active reconfiguration strategy and its implementation.When the risk value exceeds the safety warning line,the distribution network is reconstructed targeted with multi-objectives of minimum risk value and the minimum number of switching operations to restore the safe and reliable operation status of the distribution network in time.Finally,this paper proves the feasibility and validity of the proposed strategy by IEEE 33-bus distribution system.
