摘 要:有机无机杂化钙钛矿太阳能电池自2009年出现以来,经过短短十余年的发展,光电转化效率已提升到24%以上,引起了广泛的关注。富勒烯材料具有较高电子迁移率、可调控的能级以及可低温成膜等特性,在钙钛矿太阳能电池中可以用于电子传输层、钙钛矿层添加剂、界面修饰层,甚至还能够在空穴传输层中发挥作用。这些应用不仅提高了电池的光电转化效率和稳定性,还能有效降低电池的磁滞效应。本综述就富勒烯材料在钙钛矿太阳能电池各组成部分的应用进行了详细的介绍,并总结了通过修饰富勒烯分子结构提高电池性能的基本规律,这些结果对推动富勒烯材料在钙钛矿太阳能电池领域的应用有重要意义。Since the emergence of organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite solar cells in 2009,after just over ten years of development,the photoelectric conversion efficiency has increased to more than 24%,which has attracted widespread attention.Due to their advantages of high electron mobility,adjustable energy levels and low temperature process for film-forming,fullerene materials can serve as electron transport layers(ETLs),additives in the perovskite layer,interfacial modification layers,and can even be employed in hole transport layer(HTLs)of PSCs,all of which improve efficiency and stability of the device,and also reduce hysteretic behavior.In this paper,the applications of fullerene materials in different layers of PSCs are systematically reviewed.And the basic rules of device performance improvement by decorating the structure of fullerene materials are also summed up.All these results are of great significance to promote the application of fullerene materials in perovskite solar cells.
