摘　　要：运用文献资料法,对高校足球选项课中的翻转课堂教学模式进行研究,以期为高校足球选项课教学改革提供参考。结果表明:翻转课堂教学模式能够促进足球运动技能的快速掌握,使教学资源准备更充分,更能体现“以学生为中心”的教学理念。By using the method of document,this paper studies the flipping classroom model of the optional football course in universities to provide references for this model.The results show that the flipping classroom model can help students master football skills quickly,and can reduce waste of educational resources as well as show the“students-centered”teaching idea.
