摘 要:论文论述地震电磁效应机理与地震电磁扰动现象,介绍地震电磁扰动监测仪的技术特点与地震电磁扰动监测系统组成,并开展了长期地震电磁监测试验,对捕获的地震电磁扰动监测数据进行分析,验证了地震电磁扰动监测能力,为开展地震短期预报工作提供一种新的有效技术手段。This paper discusses what the mechanism of earthquake electromagnetic effect and the phenomenon of electromagnetic disturbance are,and introduces the technical characteristics of earthquake electromagnetic disturbance monitor and the components of earthquake electromagnetic disturbance monitoring system.Through carrying out long-terms monitoring tests of earthquake electromagnetic disturbance and analyzing the captured monitoring data,the ability of monitoring earthquake electromagnetic disurbance is verified,and a new effective technical measure for short-term earthquake prediction is provided.
