摘 要:示功仪是抽油机示功图采集的关键设备。论文研究设计了一种符合油田行业应用的超低功耗本安防爆型无线示功仪,深入分析了油田行业对物联网产品性能要求相关的标准。研究设计了一种符合本质安全防爆要求的超低功耗电路。对示功仪的工作原理、位移积分、功图计算方法等关键技术做了研究。依据国家和行业相关法规,对该无线示功仪做了相应测试,并已取得国家第三方认证和检测报告。实际工程应用结果显示,该无线示功仪运行稳定、可靠,已经规模化应用于国内数万台抽油机的功图监测。The indicator is the key equipment for drawing the indicator diagram of the pumping unit.In this paper,a kind of ultralow power consumption Ben'an explosion-proof wireless power indicator is designed in line with the application of oil field.The standards related to the performance requirements of iot products in oil field are analyzed in depth.An ultralow power consumption circuit is designed to meet the requirement of safety and explosion protection.The working principle,displacement integral and work diagram calculation method of the indicator are studied.This wireless indicator has been tested in accordance with relevant national and industrial regulations and has been certified or tested by a third party of the country.The results of practical engineering application show that the wireless indicator operates stably and reliably,and has been applied to the power map monitoring of tens of thousands of domestic pumping units on a large scale.
