针刺球后穴配合眼周穴位按摩改善视疲劳综合征临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察针刺球后穴配合眼周穴位按摩治疗视疲劳综合征的疗效。方法 72例视疲劳综合征患者随机分为观察组(36例)和对照组(36例)。观察组以常规针刺球后穴加眼周穴位按摩治疗,对照组单纯眼周穴位按摩,两组患者均治疗4周后评价临床疗效,并对比两组治疗前后症状积分及泪液分泌试验(SIT)、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、角膜荧光素染色积分(FL)的变化情况。结果观察组总有效率为90.6%,对照组为73.5%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前后症状积分、单项症状积分比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组治疗后症状积分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),说明两种方法均能改善视疲劳的症状,观察组对眼胀痛、干涩不舒、视物模糊的改善优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后BUT、SIT均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后FL均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针刺球后穴配合眼周穴位按摩对治疗视疲劳综合征疗效肯定,且其临床效果明显优于单纯眼周穴位按摩。Objective To investigate the efficacy of acupuncture at point Qiuhou(Ex-HN7)plus massage on periocular points in treating visual fatigue syndrome.Method Seventy-two patients with visual fatigue syndrome were randomized to an observation group(36 cases)and a control group(36 cases).The observation group received conventional acupuncture at point Qiuhou plus periocular massage and the control group,periocular massage alone.The clinical therapeutic effects were evaluated in both groups after four weeks of treatment.The symptom scores,Schirmer I test(Sit,mm),tear break-up time(tBUT,second)and corneal fluorescein staining(FL,score)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Result The total efficacy rate was 90.6%in the observation group and 73.5%in the control group with a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).There were statistically significant pre-/post-treatment differences in the symptom score and the single symptom score in the two groups(P<0.05)and a statistically significant post-treatment difference in the symptom score between the two groups(P<0.05),showing that both methods can relieve asthenopia and that eye distention and pain,eye dryness and discomfort,and blurred vision were relieved more in the observation group than in the control group.After treatment,tBUT and SIt increased in the two groups compared with before(P<0.05)and did more in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,FL decreased in the two groups compared with before(P<0.05)and were lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture at point Qiuhou plus massage on periocular points has a definite therapeutic effect on visual fatigue syndrome and its clinical effect is significantly superior to that of periocular massage alone.
