缪刺法联合高压氧对特勤官兵职业噪声性耳聋的影响

摘　　要：目的观察缪刺法联合高压氧对特勤官兵职业噪声性耳聋的影响,并与常规药物联合高压氧治疗进行比较,为基层特勤医疗机构提供治疗参考。方法选取噪声性耳聋患者108例,采用随机数字表法将其随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组54例,治疗组采用缪刺法联合高压氧治疗,对照组采用常规药物联合高压氧治疗。2个疗程后分析两组患者伴随症状的改善情况及两组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率(83.3%)明显高于对照组(61.1%),组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前耳鸣、失眠、头痛、头晕伴随症状的发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组治疗后耳鸣、失眠、头痛、头晕伴随症状的发生率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组明显低于对照组。结论缪刺法联合高压氧能有效提高特勤官兵职业噪声性耳聋的疗效,改善听力功能,缓解伴随症状,与常规药物联合高压氧治疗相比较,疗效更显著。Objective To investigate the effect of contralateral collateral needling plus hyperbaric oxygen on occupational noise deafness in special service officers and soldiers and provide treatment reference for primary special service medical institutions by comparison with conventional medicine plus hyperbaric oxygen.Method One hundred and eight patients with noise deafness were randomized to treatment and control groups,54 cases each.The treatment group was given contralateral collateral needling plus hyperbaric oxygen and the control group,conventional medicine plus hyperbaric oxygen.The relieving effect on the accompanying symptoms and the clinical therapeutic effect were evaluated in the two groups of patients after two courses of treatment.Result The total efficacy rate was significantly higher in the treatment group(83.3%)than in the control group(61.1%)with a statistically significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant pre-treatment differences in the occurrence rates of tinnitus,insomnia,headache,and dizziness as the accompanying symptoms between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the occurrence rates of tinnitus,insomnia,headache,and dizziness as the accompanying symptoms had statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05)and were significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group.Conclusion Contralateral collateral needling plus hyperbaric oxygen can effectively heighten the therapeutic effect on occupational noise deafness,improve hearing function and relieve the accompanying symptoms in special service officers and soldiers.It has a more marked therapeutic effect by comparison with conventional medicine plus hyperbaric oxygen.
