摘　　要：水貂犬瘟热是一种由犬瘟热病毒感染引起的传热性极强的高度接触性传染病,是危害水貂养殖业的主要传染病之一。我国水貂犬瘟热最早在黑龙江省被发现,目前该病已经遍布全国乃至全世界。犬瘟热病毒属于副黏病毒科麻疹病毒属。目前,在临床上没有针对犬瘟热特效的治疗药物,只能通过疫苗预防。本文对犬瘟热的病原学、流行病学和检测方法进行了阐述,以期为水貂犬瘟热病毒快速检测方法的建立及水貂犬瘟热的有效防控提供参考。Mink canine distemper is a highly infectious disease caused by canine distemper virus,which is one of major infectious diseases that caused serious losses to the mink breeding industry.The mink canine distemper was first discovered in Heilongjiang Province in China.Now it has been spread throughout the country and even the whole world.Mink canine distemper virus belongs to the genus Morbillivirus,family Paramyxoviridae.Currently,there is no effective therapeutic drug in clinical practice,and it can only be prevented by vaccines.In this paper,we expounded the etiology,epidemiology and detection methods of canine distemper in mink,to provide references for establish-ing a rapid detection method of canine distemper virus and effective prevention and control of canine distemper in mink.
