经阴道三维超声诊断异位妊娠的临床价值及对妊娠结局的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨采取经阴道三维超声对异位妊娠的诊断价值以及对妊娠结局的影响。方法:选取2017年8月-2020年1月我院接收的100例经手术或者病理诊断确诊的异位妊娠患者作为研究对象,将研究对象分成两组,研究组50例,该组采取经阴道三维超声检查,对照组50例,该组采取传统腹部B超检查,比较两组异位妊娠诊断准确率及患者妊娠结局情况。结果:研究组诊断的准确率为94.00%(47/50),对照组诊断准确率为74.00%(37/50),两组对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组腹腔内出血、输卵管妊娠流产、陈旧性异位妊娠、继发性腹腔妊娠发生率分别为8.00%、4.00%、2.00%、0,对照组分别为24.00%、16.00%、14.00%、8.00%,组间对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采取经阴道三维超声诊断异位妊娠的准确率高,通过早期有效的诊断有助于改善患者的妊娠结局。Objective To explore the diagnostic value of transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound for ectopic pregnancy and its effect on pregnancy outcome.Methods 100 patients with ectopic pregnancy diagnosed by surgery or pathological diagnosis received in our hospital from August 2017 to January 2020 were selected as the research object,and the research objects were divided into two groups,50 cases in the research group,which took transvaginal Three-dimensional ultrasound examination was performed in 50 patients in the control group.Results The diagnostic accuracy of the study group was 94.00%(47/50),and the diagnosis accuracy of the control group was 74.00%(37/50).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The accuracy of diagnosing ectopic pregnancy with transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound is high,and early and effective diagnosis can help to improve the pregnancy outcome of patients.
