彩超与CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检在周围型肺部肿块诊断中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的:探究在周围型肺部肿块患者诊断中采用彩超和CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检的应用价值。方法:选取2018年6月-2019年6月我院收治的91例周围型肺部肿块患者,实验组为彩超引导患者(45例),对照组为CT引导患者(46例),对比诊断效果。结果:实验组患者一次性定位成功率、一次性活检成功率均优于对照组患者,并发症发生率少于对照组。结论:在周围型肺部肿块患者诊断中采用彩超下经皮肺穿刺活检,能够明显显示患者肺部肿块,并发症较少。Objective To explore the application value of color Doppler ultrasound and CT guided percutaneous lung biopsy in the diagnosis of patients with peripheral lung masses.Methods The sample of this study was selected from 91 patients with peripheral lung mass between June 2018 and June 2019 in our hospital.The patients in the experimental group were color-guided ultrasound patients(45 patients),and the patients in the control group were CT-guided patients(46 cases),compare the diagnostic effect.Results The one-time positioning success rate and one-time biopsy success rate of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,and the incidence of complications was less than that of the control group.Conclusion According to this study,percutaneous lung biopsy under color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of patients with peripheral lung masses can clearly show lung masses in patients with fewer complications.
