摘  要:高频天波超视距雷达在对海洋监测方面有重要的应用,论文研究了高频天波超视距雷达下的三维动态海面的多普勒回波谱特性。在准静态方法框架下,采用基尔霍夫近似和周期图法分别仿真了海面电磁散射以及对应的多普勒频谱,分析了Bragg散射形成原因以及不同入射角度条件下海面雷达回波特性。研究发现,由于风场海面运动的各向异性使得海面的非相干散射增强从而导致其回波频谱的展宽。Sky wave over the horizon radar has played an important part in the ocean monitoring.In this paper,the Doppler spectra of electromagnetic backscattering from the three dimensional time-evolving sea surfaces are studied in the high frequency(HF)band.Based on the quasi-stationary algorithm,Kirchhoff Approximate and Periodogram are used to simulate the electromag⁃netic(EM)backscattering and Doppler spectra from the time-evolving sea surfaces,respectively.And the Bragg scattering mecha⁃nism and the characteristics of the Radar echo from the time-evolving sea states surfaces at different incident angles are analyzed.The results show that incoherent scattering induced by the anisotropy velocities of the sea is the main reason of the spectral spread⁃ing effect.
