摘　　要：苏联解体后,失去了"国家定制"的俄罗斯科学,尤其是人文社会科学曾一度面临发展危机.作为国家支持人文社会科学发展的新形式,从俄罗斯基础研究基金会中独立出来的俄罗斯人文科学基金会运行了20多年,不仅从根本上挽救了俄罗斯的人文社会科学,更是引领当代俄罗斯人文社会科学步入了一个新的发展阶段,是俄罗斯人文社会科学发展的见证者.2016年2月,俄罗斯人文科学基金会被重新并入俄罗斯基础研究基金会,以基础研究基金会的"人文与社会科学部"这样一个新的形式继续肩负发展俄罗斯人文社会科学的使命.尽管随之而来的人文社会科学研究项目资助的减少曾一度招致俄罗斯人文社科界人士的不满和诟病,但这种情况受到国家及时关注,经费问题得到有效缓解并逐渐趋于稳定.俄罗斯人文科学基金会的发展变迁表明,在新的历史条件下俄罗斯政府对人文社会科学提出了新的要求,赋予其新的历史使命,视其为俄罗斯文化发展战略不可分割的一部分.After the collapse of the Soviet Union,the Russian sciences,especially the humanities and social sciences,which had lost their"national customization",were once faced with a development crisis.As a new form of national support for humanities and social science development,Russian Foundation for the Humanities,which separated from Russian Foundation for Basic Research,run for more than 20 years.It not only fundamentally saved Russia's humanities and social science,but also to lead the contemporary Russia stepped into a new stage of development in the humanities and social sciences.It witnesses to the humanities and social science development in Russia.In February 2016,the Russian foundation for the humanities was reintegrated into the Russian Foundation for Basic Research,continuing its mission to develop the Russian humanities and social sciences under a new form of the foundation's department of humanities and social sciences.Although the consequent reduction of funding for humanities and social sciences research projects once caused dissatisfaction and criticism from the Russian humanities and social sciences circles,this situation was paid attention to by the state in a timely manner,and the funding problem was effectively alleviated and gradually stabilized.The development of the Russian Foundation for the Humanities shows that under the new historical conditions,the Russian government has put forward new requirements on the humanities and social sciences,endowed them with new historical missions,and regarded them as an integral part of the Russian cultural development strategy.
