摘　　要：为了满足多波束通信卫星对低插损,高抑制的双通带滤波器的需求,需要研制高Q值的圆腔双模双通带滤波器。本文采用了一种新的混合电路方法设计双通带滤波器。混合电路方法中耦合孔采用电磁全场仿真结果,矩形波导、圆腔谐振器采用有色散的传输线表示,耦合螺钉采用并联电纳表示。该方法设计时间仅为传统的全场仿真设计方法的1/4。设计并加工了一个圆腔双模双通带滤波器,实测结果与仿真结果一致。该混合电路设计方法还可以推广用来设计各种波导滤波器,以及波导多通带滤波器。To meet the requirements of multi⁃beam communication satellite for low insertion and high suppression,it is necessary to develop a high⁃Q cylindrical waveguide dual⁃mode dual⁃band filter.This paper uses a new hybrid circuit method to design a dual⁃band filter.The coupling hole in the circuit is the result of electromagnetic simulation,the rectangular waveguide and the cylindrical waveguide resonator are represented by dispersion transmission line,and the coupling screw is represented by parallel susceptance.The design time is only 1/4 of the traditional full⁃field simulation method.A cylindrical waveguide dual⁃mode dual⁃band filter was designed and fabricated,and the measured results were consistent with the simulation results.The hybrid circuit method can also be generalized to design various waveguide filters,waveguide multiband filters.
