摘  要:针对RV减速器的传动精度和摆线针轮传动中零件的动态应力应变状况,提出了基于RV减速器传动误差的摆线针轮动态接触分析。首先在Adams软件中,采用了正交试验的方法研究摆线轮等距修形、移距修形、针齿分布圆半径误差和针齿半径误差对RV减速器传动误差的影响,并获得了最优参数组合;然后利用有限元分析软件分别对最优组合模型和理论模型进行显示动力学分析,得到了摆线针轮传动中零件的动态应力应变状况。该研究更加贴合机构的实际运动状态,为RV减速器的生产制造提供了有益的参考。Aiming at the driving accuracy of RV reducer and the dynamic stress and strain condition of parts in cycloidal drive,this paper puts forward the dynamic contact analysis of cycloidal gear based on the driving error of RV reducer.Firstly,in Adams software,the method of orthogonal experiment is adopted to study the influence of the modification of equidistance and moved distance of the cycloidal gear,the error of the distribution circle radius of the?pin?gear and the error of the radius of the pin gear on RV reducer transmission error,and the optimal parameter combination is obtained.Then the dynamic stress and strain conditions of the parts in cycloidal drive are obtained by using the explicit dynamics analysis of the optimal combination model and the theoretical model respectively with the software of finite element analysis.This research is more suitable for the actual motion state of the mechanism and provides a beneficial reference for the manufacturing of RV reducer.
