摘  要:针对细纱锭子锭脚内上下支撑的同轴度误差检测问题,以YD61系列细纱锭子内弹性管组件为例,分析了锭子上下支撑的同轴度的检测原理,通过SDT理论建立弹性管组件公差模型,在公差矢量化模型的基础上考虑零件装配要求,以分组装配方式选择组成环,计算了弹性管组件上下支撑的径向圆跳动与同轴度误差。结果表明,当弹性管组件装配工序无轴线歪斜,上下支撑同轴度最大为0.0776 mm;径跳检测大于0.058 mm时,轴承座与弹性管存在轴线歪斜同轴度误差增大需进行校调;以径向圆跳动公差替代同轴度公差检测是合理、有效的。For the coaxiality error of upper and lower support of spinning spindle,analyzed the principle of measuring coaxiality error of YD61 spindle elastic tube assembly.The tolerance model is established based on SDT theory,based on the assembly requirements of parts and the component ring is established,calculated the radial circular runout and coaxiality error of the elastic tube assembly.The results show that the maximum coaxiality of top and bottom support is 0.0776 mm without axis skew in spring tube assembly;when the radial circular run-out detection is greater than 0.058 mm,the axis skew and coaxiality error increases between bearing seat and spring tube needs to be adjusted;it is reasonable and effective to replace coaxiality tolerance detection with radial circular run-out tolerance.
