摘　　要：近年来,芳基高价碘邻位C-H官能团化反应成为一个研究热点.通过查阅高价碘与炔丙基硅或α-锡基腈的偶联反应的文献资料,并且分析、归纳后,进一步对高价碘与炔丙基硅或α-锡基腈的偶联反应进行了深入的探讨与研究.详细阐述了该类反应的独特机制和反应的衍生化.随着高价碘化学的发展,高价碘介入的[3,3]-重排反应模型对[3,3]-重排领域具有非常重要的指导意义.In recent years,the ortho-C-H functionalization reaction of aryl hypervalent iodine had become a research hotspot.By reviewing the literature on the coupling reaction of valent iodine with propargyl silane orα-stannyl nitrile,by analyzing and inducting,the coupling reaction of iodine with propargyl silane orα-stannyl nitrile was thoroughly discussed and studied.The unique mechanism of this type of reaction and the derivatization of the reaction were explained in details.With the development of hypervalent iodine chemistry,hypervalent iodine involved the[3,3]-rearrangement reaction model would have very important guiding significance for the[3,3]-rearrangement field.
