四川省金融业的产业关联效应研究

摘　　要：本文运用投入产出结构分解技术,根据四川省2007年、2012年和2015年的42部门投入产出表,从动态和静态上分析四川省金融业的关联特征。研究结果表明:2007年、2012年和2015年四川金融业的感应度系数、乘数效应和溢出效应I均大于1,但影响力系数、反馈效应和溢出效应II均小于1,说明四川省金融业内生增长能力、关联能力和对其他部门的推动能力较强,但其反馈能力和对其他部门的拉动能力较弱。根据研究结论提出四川省金融业要加强服务实体经济的水平和能力建设,应加强自身发展能力和反馈能力,充分发挥溢出效应的关联机制作用,从而促进四川省金融业和国民经济的高质量发展。This paper uses the input-output structure decomposition technology to make a dynamic and static analysis of the correlation characteristics of Sichuan’s financial industry according to the input-output tables of 42 departments in Sichuan Province in 2007,2012 and 2015.The research results show that the sensitivity coefficient,multiplier effect and spillover effect I of Sichuan financial industry in 2007,2012 and 2015 are all greater than 1,but the influence coefficient,feedback effect and spillover effect II are all less than 1,indicating that Sichuan financial industry has a strong ability to grow,link,and drive other sectors,but its ability to feed back and pull other sectors is weak.According to the research conclusions,it is proposed that the financial industry of Sichuan Province should strengthen the level and capacity building of serving the real economy,strengthen its own development capabilities and feedback capabilities,and give full play to the role of the mechanism of spillover effects to promote the healthy development of the financial industry and national economy in Sichuan.
