摘  要:在液压浮动剪控制系统中,轧件长度的精确测量是实现定尺剪切的重要基础,是提高产品合格率的重要因素。安装在轧件进给端的测量胶轮测量轧件的进给长度并通过光栅编码器转换为脉冲信号,通过PLC高速计数器实现轧件长度的精确计算,为实现液压浮动剪对运动中进给的轧件进行精确的定尺分断提供依据。In the Hydraulic Floating Shear Control System,the accurate measurement of the length of the rolled piece is an important basis for the realization of fixed length shear and an important factor for raising the qualified rate of products.The gauge wheel installed at the feed end of the rolled piece measures the length of the rolled piece and converts it into a pulse signal through a grating encoder.The accurate calculation of the length of the rolled piece is realized by a PLC high-speed counter,it provides the basis for the hydraulic floating shear to carry on the accurate fixed length division to the moving workpiece.
