摘　　要：上升时间是示波器校准仪的一项重要脉冲参数,本文以JJF1059-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》为依据,按照9500型示波器校准仪的技术指标要求,对其上升时间的不确定度进行分析评定及验证。Rise time is an important pulse parameter of the oscilloscope calibrator.This article is based on JJF1059-2012"Measurement Uncertainty Evaluation and Expression".According to the technical specifications of the 9500 oscilloscope calibrator,its rise time is uncertain.Analysis and evaluation.
