摘　　要：[目的/意义]古籍编目是古籍保护的核心内容和基础工作,"中华古籍保护计划"实施13年来,我国图书馆古籍编目工作取得了很大进展,同时也面临很多问题,这些问题应当引起国家层面的足够重视,及时采取有力对策,尽早予以解决。[方法/过程]通过对这些问题逐一进行分析,挖掘深层次的原因,提出解决的路径和方法。[结果/结论]我国古籍保护的下一个工作重点应该转移到对古籍编目的特别关注上来,要改进和完善全国性的古籍编目和发布系统,加强对古籍编目人员的重点培养,加强古籍编目的学术研究和学科建设,保证古籍编目工作持之以恒地高质量进行。[Purpose/significance]Cataloguing of rare books is the core content and basic work of rare books’preservation and conservation.Since the implementation of the"China Rare Books Preservation Project"for 13 years,great progress has been made in the cataloguing of rare books in Chinese libraries.At the same time,many problems are faced.These problems should be paid enough attention at the national level,and effective countermeasures should be taken in time to solve them as soon as possible.[Method/process]Through the analysis of these problems one by one,the deep-seated causes were excavated,and the ways and methods to solve them were put forward.[Result/conclusion]Finally,it is pointed out that the next focal point of the rare books’preservation and conservation should be transferred to the special attention to the cataloguing of rare books.We should improve and perfect the cataloguing and publishing system of rare books,strengthen the training of rare books cataloguing personnel,strengthen the research and discipline construction of rare books cataloguing,and ensure that the rare books cataloguing is carried in a persistent way and with high quality.
