物业管理信息系统的设计与应用研究

摘　　要：随着人民生活水平的提高,社区建设也在逐步发展提升。物业服务的兴起与发展为建筑管理和业主服务带去了规范化和优质化的体验,与此同时,随着我国各行各业管理信息系统的不断深入研究,物业管理从一个新兴行业逐渐走向成熟。物业管理公司采用一套物业管理系统来规范公司各项事务的管理也逐渐成为现实,但是目前管理系统仍然发展不健全,区域化严重,并缺少良好的成果示范给物业管理公司做表率,本文重点分析了如何建立一个系统完善的物业管理系统,并对系统的各项功能的具体使用进行了简要的分析。With the improvement of people's living standard,community construction is also gradually developing and improving.The rise and development of property services has brought standardized and high-quality experience to building management and owner services.At the same time,with the continuous in-depth study of management information systems in all walks of life in China,property management has gradually become mature from an emerging industry.Property management companies have established a set of property management system to standardize the management of the affairs of the company has gradually become a reality,but the current management system is still imperfect development,regionalization,and the lack of good results show the property management company to do model,this paper analyzed how to establish a system of perfect property management system,and to use the various functions of the system are briefly analyzed.
