摘 要:桦树沟矿区II中矿体为薄矿体,且矿体极不规则,回采近路垂直与矿体走向,沿用目前的放矿模式(截止品位)矿石回收率偏低,达不到计划值,主要由于放矿模式与回采工艺不相匹配。为探求这部分矿体的放矿模式,根据放矿学原理及矿石回收难易程度,提出“组合放矿”模式,其中下盘残留区按照“出矿总量控制”出矿,要求回采率≥85%,中间部位按照“截止品位”出矿,要求掌子面围岩比例控制在40%以内,该出矿模式在镜铁山矿其他矿体应用比较成熟,上盘穿口区域按照“松动出矿”,“截止品位”交替出矿模式,“松动出矿”达到爆破补偿空间便可。为进一步论证以上出矿模式的合理性,进行了实验室放矿研究,试验综合回采率达到81.48%,贫化率为10.00%。通过4 a时间的实施,在桦树沟矿区II中矿体2865~2835 m取得了较好的效果。The orebody in the second orebody of Huashugou mining area is thin,and the orebody is very irregular.The short-cut mining route is perpendicular to the direction of the orebody,and the ore recovery rate of the current drawing mode(cut-off grade)is low and can not reach the planned value,the main reason is that the drawing mode does not match with the stoping technology.According to the principle of ore drawing and the difficulty degree of ore recovery,the combined ore drawing mode is put forward,in which the residual area in the footwall is controlled by the total amount of ore drawing,the required recovery rate is 85%,and the middle part is mined by the cut-off grade,it is required that the ratio of the surrounding rock of the Zhangzi face should be controlled within 40.00%.The ore drawing model has been applied in other orebodies of Jingtieshan mine more mature,"loose ore"to achieve blasting compensation space can be.In order to prove the rationality of the above ore drawing mode,the laboratory ore drawing study was carried out.The comprehensive recovery rate reached 81.48%and the dilution rate was 10.00%.Through 4 years'practice,good results have been achieved in 2865~2835 m of orebody II in huashugou mining area.
