摘　　要：露天矿山主体设备电铲、牙轮钻机随着采掘位置变化而变化,其供电电缆使用矿用移动式软电缆。该电缆在使用过程中会随着设备移动而拖拽移动。为了减少电缆移动过程中,由于其自身长度、质量以及与地面、石块摩擦等原因,电缆内芯及外皮受到不同程度损伤的现象,从技术、管理两个方面对电缆使用进行维护和规范。规范电缆维护使用后,电缆接头采用硫化处理等措施可以大大减少电缆损伤程度,提高电缆使用寿命和供电可靠性。The main equipment in open-pit mine excavator,rotary drills with the mining location changes,the power supply cable to use mine mobile flexible cable.The cable will be dragged along with the device during use.In order to reduce the damage to the inner core and Outer Sheath of the cable due to its length,weight and friction with the ground and stones during the cable movement,from the technical,management of the two aspects of cable use for maintenance and norms.After standard cable maintenance use,cable joints with vulcanization treatment and other measures cable damage is greatly reduced,cable service life is improved,and Good reliability of power supply is obtained.
