摘　　要：脂肪能值高,在动物生产中应用广泛。饲料中添加脂肪可有效改善动物免疫性能、繁殖性能和生产性能等。本文介绍了脂肪来源和脂肪酸分类,并综述了近年来国内外脂肪营养应用研究进展,为脂肪在动物生产中的合理应用提供科学依据。Fat energy value is high and is widely used in animal production.Adding fat to feed can effectively improve the immune performance,reproductive performance and production performance for animals.This paper introduces the sources of fat and the classification of fatty acids,and reviews the progress on fat nutrition applicationin recent years at home and abroad,hoping provide scientific basis for fat rational application in animal production.
