摘  要:《高耸结构设计标准》规定,按空间刚架计算的钢管结构的法兰应用刚接法兰,用高强螺栓连接,并提出明确的螺栓预应力设计参数。以桐乡广播电视塔工程为例,为保证主柱的刚性连接,确保连接的实际性能与结构的整体计算模型和基本假定相符合,对其主柱法兰盘使用的M24,M30两种规格的8. 8级高强螺栓进行了直接张拉试验。试验结果表明:高强螺栓采用直接张拉法施加预拉力后,预应力损失较大,其原因是多方面的,应对高强螺栓采用直接张拉法在工程中的应用做进一步研究,以达到规范要求。同时,该工程高强螺栓的施工预拉力值应为1. 2P。According to the Standard for Design of High-rising Structure,rigid flanges and high strength bolt connections should be used for steel pipe structure calculated on a space rigid frame structure,parameters for its prestress design should be also clearly specified. In the project of Tongxiang radio and TV tower,in order to ensure member connections being rigid and their actual performance coinciding with the model of the whole structure and its basic assumptions,direct tension test was made on the 2 types of 8. 8-grade high-strength bolts M24 and M30 used for the flanges of main columns. The test results show that the prestress loss of high strength bolts is large after the pretension is applied with direct tension method. The reasons are various. The application of direct tension method in engineering should be further studied to conform with the specification requirements,and the construction pretension value of high strength bolts is 1. 2 P.
