摘　　要：以神池县为例,通过阐述新农村建设中城镇规划管理的意义,分析神池县农村建设中村镇规划管理的新内容,找出神池县农村规划管理中存在的问题,并有针对性的提出加强新农村建设中村镇规划管理的有效方法,以期达到促进新农村建设科学合理发展的目的。This article takes Shenchi County as an example to analyze the management significance of urban planning in the construction of new countryside,and to understand the management content of village and town planning in rural construction in Shenchi County,find out the problems in the rural planning management of Shenchi County,and have targeted propose effective methods for strengthening village and town planning management in the construction of new countryside.
