摘  要:介绍了基于空调系统能耗限额控制的上海某办公建筑概况,采用能耗、室内环境、设备状态监测和问卷调查的主客观研究方法,从空调和供暖实际运行能耗和室内热舒适度两方面进行评估验证研究。研究结果表明,通过被动式节能技术、空调供暖设备节能系统、智能化节能控制等性能提升措施的集成技术路径,结合设计、施工、调适等全过程保障措施的实施,可实现办公建筑空调和供暖低能耗的目标。项目实现了工作时段全年空调和供暖能耗不高于30 kW·h/m2,同时实现了冬季室内温度22.94~23.63℃和夏季室内温度25.13~25.62℃的高舒适度要求。冬夏两季的室内热湿环境的主观调查结果整体满意度较高,其中冬季"比较舒适"以上的满意度大于83%,夏季"比较舒适"以上的满意度大于93%。通过精确调整室内舒适度水平和进一步优化空调系统配置,可实现工作时段全年空调和供暖能耗不高于25 kW·h/m2的目标。Presents an office building in Shanghai based on energy consumption quota control of air conditioning system,adopts the subjective and objective research methods of energy consumption,indoor environment,equipment condition monitoring and questionnaire survey and carries out an evaluation and verification research from two aspects of the actual energy consumption and indoor thermal comfort of air conditioning and heating system.The results show that the goal of low energy consumption office buildings can be achieved through the integrated approach of passive building design,high efficiency of heating and cooling equipment application and intelligent control,combined with a whole-life process of integrated design,construction and operation.The project realizes the annual energy consumption of air conditioning and heating during the working period less than 30 kWh/m2,and a high comfort requirement with indoor air temperature of 22.94-23.63°C in winter and 25.13-25.62℃in summer.The overall satisfaction of the subjective survey of indoor heat and humidity environment in winter and summer is higher,with over 83%of comfort satisfaction in winter and over 93%in summer.Moreover,the annual energy consumption of heating and cooling system during working period can be further decreased to 25 kWh/m2 by accurately adjusting the indoor thermal comfort demand and increasing the performance of air conditioning system.
