摘 要:点阵吸能装置在以壳单元建模时,碰撞仿真求解时间步较短,不适用于车体耐撞性设计的快速碰撞仿真.针对这个问题,提出以实体单元近似的建模方法.以T向压缩典型的点阵块体为考察条件,对比壳单元和实体单元压溃仿真的压缩力-位移曲线结果,通过讨论实体单元建模的网格尺寸效应,获得了具备足够精度和求解效率的点阵吸能装置实体单元等效模型.最后以某城轨车车体碰撞仿真为载体,观察点阵吸能装置实体单元建模的效果.结果表明,该建模方法能够在整车碰撞仿真中显著提高求解效率.The lattice energy absorbing equipment model built by the shell element is not suitable for the fast crash simulation of car-body crashworthiness design due to its small simulation solution time step.To solve this problem,a modeling method based on solid element approximation is proposed.The T-direction compression of a typical lattice material is taken as the investigation object,the results of compression force-displacement curves of shell element and solid element are compared,and the size effect of solid element is discussed.The equivalent model of lattice energy absorbing equipment with sufficient accuracy and solution efficiency is obtained.Finally,the crash simulation of a city rail car is used to observe the effect of the solid element modeling of the energy absorption equipment.The results show that the solid modeling method can significantly improve the efficiency of the car-body crash simulation.
