摘　　要：智慧图书馆的核心是管理和服务更加智慧化、个性化,独立学院应当利用其硬件建设方面的优势,通过专业培训和人才引进,加大智慧馆员的培养力度,实现图书馆智慧化发展趋势下的弯道超车,为学校的教育教学提供有力支撑。The core of Smart Library is to make management and service more intelligent and personalized.Independent colleges should make use of their advantages in hardware construction,increase the training of intelligent librarians through professional training and talent introduction,realize the overtaking at the corner under the development trend of Smart Library,and provide strong support for the education and teaching of the colleges.
