摘　　要：专业群建设是中国特色高水平学校和专业建设的重要任务,专业群构建的理论研究是推动高职院校专业群建设从探索阶段走向成熟阶段的重要内容。本文探讨了专业群构建与职业教育产教融合理论、黄炎培职业教育理论、学科群理论的关系,并分析了高职院校专业群构建的过程,最后结合专业群构建理论,探索了高职餐旅会专业群的构建实践。The construction of professional groups is an important task of the construction of high-level schools and specialties with Chinese characteristics.This paper discusses the relationship between the professional group construction and the product-teaching integration theory of vocational education,Huang Yanpei’s vocational education theory,and the theory of science group,and analyzes the process of the catering-tourism-exhibition professional group construction in higher vocational colleges.
