摘　　要：教学管理是学校管理工作的核心环节,它对维护正常教学秩序、提升教育和教学质量有着非常重要的影响。本文针对高职院校教学管理的现状,阐述了高职院教学管理的基本内容,通过运用PDCA管理循环理论,提出高职院教学管理的新思路和新模式。Teaching management is the core of college management.It has a profound influence on maintaining the normal teaching order and improving the quality of teaching.According to the current situation of teaching management in vocational colleges,this paper expounds the basic content of teaching management in vocational colleges,and puts forward new ideas and models of teaching management in higher vocational colleges by using PDCA management cycle theory.
