摘　　要：正当程序原则是我国行政法的基本原则之一,也是大学生违纪处分工作应当遵循的重要原则。我国大学生违纪处分实践中,高校对学生的程序性权利保护不够,容易导致争议。为此,应采取有效措施,构建程序正当、合理高效的大学生违纪处分机制。The principle of due process is one of the basic principles of administrative law in China,and it is also an important principle to be followed in the disciplinary work of college students.In the practice of disciplinary action against college students in China,the protection of procedural rights of college students is not enough,which easily leads to disputes.Therefore,effective measures should be taken to build a proper,reasonable and efficient disciplinary mechanism for college students.
