探析心理咨询方法在高校辅导员谈心谈话工作中的应用

摘　　要：新时期教育背景下的高等院校辅导员,在实施谈心谈话活动时应重视谈心的有效性。而心理咨询方法凭借其特殊优势及特征,为高校辅导员实施谈心谈话工作提供崭新的思路。合理引进心理咨询观念与方法,并将其和以往谈心谈话模式融合,有利于促进大学生群体健康成长,并开辟思政教育新局面。本文针对心理咨询方法在高校辅导员谈心谈话工作中的应用展开研究,以期为辅导员实施谈心谈话活动提供参考。In the new era of education,counselors in colleges and universities should pay attention to the effectiveness of heart to heart talk.With its special advantages and characteristics,psychological counseling provides a new way for college counselors to carry out heart to heart talk.Reasonable introduction of the concept and method of psychological consultation,and its integration with the past mode of heart-to-heart talk,is conducive to promoting the healthy growth of college students and opening up a new situation of ideological and political education.In this paper,the application of psychological consultation method in college counselors’heart talk work is studied,in order to provide reference for counselors’heart talk activities.
