浅析民办高职院校二级管理体制下教学管理部的规范化建设

摘　　要：研究民办高职院校二级教学管理体制下的教学管理部规范化建设,旨在提升教学部教学管理质量,促进民办高职院校教学管理工作发展。民办高职院校教学部在学校二级管理体制下开展规范化建设工作,需要教学部清楚二级教学管理体制对民办高职院校的积极影响,并以此为基础,实施革新教学管理观念、明确二级院(部)教学管理职责、完善教学管理制度、加强教学管理部团队建设等策略,从而有效实现教学部规范化建设。This paper studies the standardized construction of teaching department under the secondary teaching management system of private vocational colleges,aiming to improve the quality of teaching management and promote the development of teaching management in private vocational colleges. In order to carry out the standardized construction under the two-level management system,the Teaching Department of private higher vocational colleges needs to be clear about the positive impact of the two-level teaching management system on private higher vocational colleges.
