浅析高等教育大众化背景下独立学院教学管理问题

摘　　要：本文立足于我国独立学院办学实际情况,分析了我国独立学院教学管理现存问题,从专业设置、师资建设、权责明晰等角度提出了高等教育大众化背景下独立学院教学管理对策,以期为相关从业者提供可靠参考借鉴。Based on the actual situation of independent colleges in China,this paper analyzes the existing problems in the teaching management of independent colleges in China,and puts forward the countermeasures for the teaching management of independent colleges in the context of the popularization of higher education from the perspectives of specialty setting,teacher construction and power and responsibility clarity,hoping to provide reliable reference for relevant practitioners.
