摘　　要：智能化时代需要加强电大导学教师队伍建设,提高学生思想政治工作整体水平和质量。特别是互联网+教育模式背景,更加要求成人教育导学教师就思想政治教育工作创新模式与方法,适应新时代的需求。党和国家高度重视网络思想政治教育工作,不断对学校网络思想政治教育工作做出重要指示。作为教育工作者,应对成人高校网络思政工作的现状与未来发展趋势进行深入研究,让网络思政教育真正发挥实效,探索一条适合成人思想政治教育的特色之路。In the age of artificial intelligence,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of TVU tutors and improve the overall level and quality of students’ ideological and political work. In particular,the background of the Internet + education model requires tutors to innovate ideological and political education models and methods and explore a characteristic road suitable for ideological and political education.
