摘　　要：随着互联网技术的发展,媒体的形式也繁杂多样,新媒体不仅改变了大学生的生活方式,也改变了辅导员的教育方式和学生工作的宣传媒介。00后的学生进入大学后,他们的思想观念和生活方式又有了新变化,辅导员在网络思政工作上出现了使用平台单一、内容不丰富、作品不规范、信息反馈不及时等问题,需要依托学校、社会、学生等组织和个人,通过构建网络思政工作环境、学习新媒体技术、建立信息反馈队伍、加强管理协同合作、提升网络媒体运用素养等方面完善工作体系,来应对新媒体技术的不断变化,提高网络思政教育效果。With the development of Internet technology,the form of media is also complex and diverse. The new media not only changes the life style of college students,but also changes the education style of counselors and the propaganda media of students’ work. After the students entered the university,their ideas and life style have changed. Counselors in the network ideological and political work have problems such as single use platform,not rich content,works are not standardized,and information feedback is not timely. They need to rely on the school,society,students and other organizations and individuals to improve the working system such as build the network ideological and political work environment,learn new media technology,establish information feedback team,strengthen management cooperation and improve the quality of network media application in order to cope with the continuous changes of new media technology and improve the effect of network ideological and political education.
