摘  要:高校是培养人才的基地,人才的培养要紧密围绕社会需求,实现学校与社会的无缝对接。互联网时代,企业对人才的职业能力和职业水平提出了更高要求,这要求我们对学生的培养也要与时俱进。《零售学》课程是工商管理、市场营销、连锁经营与管理专业的核心课程,该课程属于应用性较强的课程,要求学生不但能掌握零售管理的有关理论知识,而且需要学生具有一定的实际动手能力和系统软件应用能力,这对学生的学习提出了较高的要求。本文在分析互联网对传统零售业影响的基础上,阐述了零售学课程改革的必要性,并提出了相关改革策略。Higher colleges are the base for cultivating talents. The cultivation of talents should closely focus on the needs of society and realize the seamless connection between schools and society. In the Internet age,enterprises have put forward higher requirements for the professional ability and professional level of talents,which requires us to keep up with the times for the cultivation of students. The"Retail"course is the core course of business administration,marketing,chain management and management. This course is a highly applied course. Students are required to master not only the relevant theoretical knowledge of retail management,but also students with certain practicalities. Hands-on ability and system software application ability,which puts high demands on students’ learning. Based on the analysis of the impact of the Internet on the traditional retail industry,this paper expounds the necessity of the reform of the retail curriculum and puts forward relevant reform strategies.
