摘  要:大黄作为一种传统的中药材,含有多种蒽醌类化合物。为弥补实验教材中传统pH梯度萃取法提取分离大黄蒽醌类成分的不足,设计用无水乙醇提取大黄蒽醌化合物,通过制备薄层色谱法与柱色谱法分离大黄蒽醌类成分,最后应用TLC和HPLC对各成分进行鉴定。学生实验结果理想,教学效果明显,通过该实验实训,提高了学生的动手能力、培养了学生的实验设计能力。Chinese rhubarb,as a traditional Chinese medicine,contains a variety of anthraquinone compounds.In order to make up the deficiency in the traditional pH gradient extraction of anthraquinones,the present experiment designed and adopted anhydrous ethanol to extract anthraquinone compounds from Chinese rhubarb,then applied preparative thin-layer chromatography and column chromatography to separate the anthraquinones,which were finally identified by TLC and HPLC.The experimental results are ideal and the teaching effect is obvious.The experiment helps improve student s manipulative abilities and their capabilities of experimental design.
