摘  要:增压器叶轮作为压气类发动机的核心部件,被广泛应用于航空航天、汽车及国防等领域,其质量直接影响机械效率和空气动力学性能。针对某汽车用涡轮增压器的叶轮,由于叶轮整体结构复杂,叶片薄且加工难度大、需求量大等特点,首先,根据技术要求研究并确定该叶轮的加工工艺,主要包含工艺参数、毛坯选择、定位基准面选择等;其次,根据确定的工艺选择合适的数控机床、刀具并设计出满足要求的夹具;最后,从叶轮工艺等出发,展开叶轮柔性生产线设计方案研究。该生产线减少了人为因素的不确定性,提高了叶轮的制造精度与生产效率,实现汽车用增压器叶轮的高精高效制造。Turbocharger impeller is widely used in aerospace,automobile and national defense as the core component of pneumatic engines and its quality directly affects the mechanical efficiency and aerodynamic performance.Aiming at the impeller of a turbocharger used in automobile,because of its complex structure,thin blade and difficult machining//large demand.Firstly,according to the technical requirements,the processing technology of impeller is studied and determined,including the process parameters,blank selection,location reference plane selection and so on;Secondly,according to the determined process,the appropriate CNC machine tools and cutters are selected and design fixture to meet requirements;Finally,from the processing technology of impeller,the design of flexible production line for impeller is studied.The production line reduces the uncertainty of human factors,improves the manufacturing accuracy and efficiency of the impeller,and realizes the high precision and high efficiency manufacturing of turbocharger impeller for automotive.
