摘 要:零件图是制造业实际生产过程中的重要技术依据,正确、合理的绘制零件图是制造业技术人员的重要技能。如何高效的确定零件图表达方案,以准确表达零件的结构形状,成为绘制零件图的关键。各种机械制图专业书籍对于零件图的绘制过程有很多相关描述,大多从理论层面来进行分析,然而在面对实际零件图表达方案确定时,设计人员据此并不能做到有章可循,从而影响了设计效率。文章总结了多年教学、实践经验,在对零件图表达方案的有效确定作了大量的分析研究的基础上,提出了零件图表达方案确定的新思路,基本实现了零件图设计过程中表达方案的快速有效确定。在这个思路的基础上,设计人员对于零件图表达方案的确定可以达到条理清楚、有据可依。Part drawing is an important technical basis in actual production process,and making part drawing rightly and reasonably is one of the important skills of manufacturing and technical personnel.How to design efficiently to express the structure shape of parts accurately is the key to draw part drawing.There are many related description of part drawing design about theoretical analysis of part drawing.However,facing with the actual accurate expression of parts drawing scheme,design personnel cannot accomplish it rules-based,which affects the efficiency of part drawing.On the basis of analysis and research of many expression of part drawing,this article summarizes the teaching and practice experiences in many years and put forward a new fixed part drawing expression scheme.The scheme basically achieved drawing part drawing fastly and efficiently.On the basis of the idea,the scheme of design personnel for part drawing expression can be clear and dependent.
