整形缝合术在急诊颌面部外伤中的效果评估

摘　　要：目的通过整形缝合技术在急诊颌面部外伤的应用,探讨整形缝合技术在颌面部皮肤软组织外伤中的应用效果。方法随访观察2019年5月-12月在新医大一附院整形外科就诊的颌面部外伤患者54例为研究组,同时收集2019年3月-12月就诊于急诊外科的颌面部外伤患者48例为对照组,研究组采用精细整形缝合技巧,对照组采用常规清创缝合法。统计比较两组患者术后各项指标。结果研究组患者疼痛指数、出血指数,均低于对照组;研究组患者水肿天数、恢复天数,均短于对照组;研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组;术后根据瘢痕评分量表评定,研究组患者的缝合总有效率高于对照组、总满意度也高于对照组(以上各组数据均P<0.05)。结论整形美容缝合技术的应用对颌面部皮肤软组织损伤效果更佳,可缩短伤口愈合时间、减低不良并发症的发生率、伤口愈合质量显著提高、患者满意度升高,值得在临床上全面推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of plastic suture technique on maxillofacial skin and soft tissue trauma through the application of plastic suture technique in emergency maxillofacial trauma. Methods Follow-up observations were performed on 54 patients with maxillofacial trauma who were treated in plastic surgery in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from May to December 2019 as the study group. 48 patients were the control group. Fine plastic suture techniques were used on the research group. Conventional debridement sutures were used on the control group. Statistics were compared between the two groups of patients.Results The pain index and bleeding index of the study group were lower than that of the control group;the edema days and recovery days of the study group were shorter than that of the control group;the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that of the control group;assessed that the total effective rate of suture in the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the total satisfaction was higher than that of the control group(data of each group above P < 0.05). Conclusions The application of plastic and cosmetic suture technology has a better effect on the skin and soft tissue damage of the maxillofacial region. It can shorten the wound healing time, reduce the incidence of adverse complications, significantly improve the quality of wound healing, and increase patient satisfaction. It is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
