医用弹力袜在(VTE)腹腔镜术后下肢深静脉血栓预防中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨应用医用弹力袜预防下肢深静脉血栓的临床效果。方法选取2018年3月至2019年3月期间本院80例腹腔镜手术后患者,根据随机数表法分为观察组与对照组各40例。对照组行常规护理预防术后下肢深静脉血栓的发生,观察组加用医用弹力袜预防术后下肢深静脉血栓的发生,比较两组患者血流动力学变化、下肢情况及D-二聚体(D-D)。结果观察组患者血流动力学相比对照组显著更高,且下肢深静脉血栓发生率及D-D水平相比对照组显著更低,数据差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论医用弹力袜对腹腔镜手术后下肢深静脉血栓的发生具有良好的预防效果,对患者的康复具有积极影响,因此可在临床中推广。Objective To explore the effect of medical elastic stockings to prevent deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities.Methods A total of 80 patients were collected in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine preventive care, the observation group received medical stretch socks to prevent deep venous thrombosis. The hemodynamic changes, lower extremity conditions, and D-dimer(D-D) between the two groups were compared. Results The hemodynamics of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the incidence rate and d-d level of the lower extremity deep vein thrombosis were significantly lower than that of the control group, with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05). Conclusion Medical elastic stockings have a good preventive effect on the occurrence of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities, and they have a positive impact on the rehabilitation of patients, so they can be popularized in clinic.
